Reception Package - Up to 150 guests Reception Package includes up to 4 hours with an experienced to act as your MC and keep everyone in the know. We work very close with your vendors in making sure that they have time to get their job done. When we meet with our clients, we take the time to help create a timeline that best suits your reception and make sure that we have all the the special requested songs for the event. Along with our Professional equipment, we use wireless microphones for toasting and announcments.
Customize your event and add many other options that may include: ceremony sound setup, Projector & screen for a slide show, Dance light setup, bubble machine, monogram light projection, etc.
Reception Package 200-500 guests Reception Package includes up to 4 hours with an experienced to act as your MC and keep everyone in the know. Additional Sound Reinforcement - (1) speaker This option includes a tripod suspended, 12" 2-way speaker (QSC HPR 112i) to be added to the main system. This is normally used to add sound reinforcement to areas that are not close to the dance floor or venues without house sound. This is normally dependent on the location of your dance floor and DJ. ***We can run up to 100 feet from the main sound system for this speaker.
Additional Sound Reinforcement - (2) speakers This option includes (2) tripod suspended, 12" 2-way speaker (QSC HPR 112i) to be added to the main system. This is normally used to add sound reinforcement to areas that are not close to the dance floor or venues without house sound. This is normally dependent on the location of your dance floor and DJ. ***We can run up to 100 feet from the main sound system for this speaker.
Bubble Machine Wanting to add some bubbles to an already fun atmosphere? Highly recommended for outdoor events and events with small children. It drives them crazy!
Ceremony Sound Setup Do you need music while you march down the aisle? Want your guests to hear your vows? Provide a 2nd Sound system setup for your ceremony, we provide professional wireless lapel and/or handheld microphones. Includes up to 1 hour of labor. ***Ceremony must be located at reception location***
Lighting Package - 10 foot truss Ten foot wide trussing system, with a minimum of 8 dance light fixtures, Elation Pro DMX light show controller. Fixtures may include a combination of ADJ REVO LED Scans (Moving Dance Light); ADJ LED Starballs (Mirrorball effect); ADJ LED Par 64 Pro (Color washes); ADJ Revo III (Moon flower effect). ADJ=American DJ brand. ***Recommended for 150+ persons and available space on the side of the dance floor***
Lighting Package - T bar This light package includes a 4' wide T stand that can be raised up to 10' high. We include a minimum of 4 LED dance light fixtures. ***Recommended for a dance area of up to 20' x 20' and good for up to 100-150 guests***
Logo Projection "Display a Company name or slogan on a wall or floor" Display your personalized text or image on a wall, ceiling, or dance floor. Currently limited to a steel (B&W only) gobo effect. Colored glass gobo effect is an additional cost, please contact us for details.
Personalized GOBO effect Display your names on the dance floor, wall, or ceiling at your reception. (Includes a customized non-color steel cut gobo disc) *Recommended at events with a darkened room
